It was great meeting you at the family reunion. It's good to know we have a Crockett (especially a Republican) in our state legislature. Hope to see you again next year.

Just teased you in Walmart at the check-out today and reminded you of your Super Bee. I was so good to get close enough to speak and get that familiar smile from you. It's been many years since I remember you coming to George Wythe and would never expect you to remember me, but; I wanted you to know I've never forgotton you. You describe yourself on here as a people person. That is what drew me to you then and still today. I'm so proud of what you've accomplished Annie. May God bless and keep you lady-bug. A Friend if you need one Donna

Annie, thanks for stopping at our booth (Pearisburg Festival). I enjoyed speaking with you and hearing your commentary about important issues requiring attention of the General Assembly. You are a very engaging person, both politically and as one of us, and I certainly appreciate that quality. As I have told you, I campaigned for Mr. Keister when you first ran against him and at that time I truly felt he was an experienced elected delegate and could therefore do more for his constituents than would a newcomer. I continue to count him among my friends but I'm pleased with your personal performance as our delegate. However, I feel the Republicans are generally playing the partisan political game instead of looking for bipartisan cooperation on issues extremely important to the citizens of Virginia. Transportaion is a good example of where partisanship should be set aside in favor of both parties working together to resolve gridlock on this issue. Please do your part to advocate for bipartisan cooperation. My best wishes, Doug Turner
